1. Payment Instructions

Complete payment instructions are provided on the login page of the web payment portal. Please read and follow them carefully.

After selecting the “Pay” option, you will be redirected to a secure payment gateway.

You may complete the transaction using Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card as per your convenience.

2. Successful Payment

After a successful transaction, a Payment Confirmation Slip will be generated automatically.

Guests are advised to save and retain this slip for future reference.

3. Failed Payment

If the payment is unsuccessful, the system will display a payment failure message.

In such cases, you may revisit the payment page and initiate the process again.

4. No Response / Delay Issues

If neither a confirmation slip nor a failure message appears and there is an unusual delay:

  • You may safely restart the payment process.
  • Please check your bank or card statement to verify whether the amount has been debited.

If the amount has been debited:

  • Do NOT attempt to pay again.
  • Keep the transaction reference details for verification.

If the amount has NOT been debited:

  • You will need to initiate the transaction again to complete the payment successfully.

In all cases, please save reference/transaction details related to Net Banking or card payments for record purposes.

Privacy Policy

Any personal or payment information provided on the online payment portal will be used solely for processing transactions related to the hotel.

All data is kept confidential and secure and will not be shared, disclosed, or used for any other purpose under any circumstances.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation

Once the payment is successfully processed, cancellation is not permitted.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in cases of duplicate payments, subject to verification by the hotel.

To initiate a refund request, the guest must contact the Admin/Finance/Accounts Department and submit:

  • A screenshot of the transaction,
  • Bank statement copy, or
  • Relevant payment reference details.

Refund Timeline

  • Refund initiation by the institution: 10–15 working days
  • Payment gateway processing back to issuing bank: Additional time as per gateway cycle
  • Issuing bank credit to guest account: 8–15 working days (as per bank policies)
